O'BRIEN, President |
Jack
O'Brien began his recruiting career
in Chicago in the late `70s with
a brief stint with a split employer/applicant
fee-based employment agency. After
several years in Customer Service
and Sales with a major medical products
distributor and a transfer to Texas,
he renewed his recruiting career
in June of 1982. He placed sales
talent in the computer, medical products
and instrumentation industries in
the midst of Houston's "oil
bust" of the early `80s.
As
an account executive with Management
Recruiters, Jack achieved the
CSAM (Certified Senior Account
Manager) status in October of
1987 and served in Management
Recruiter offices in Houston,
TX, Bedford, NH, and Elgin, IL.
He is the recipient of various
sales awards including V.I.P.,
Director's and President's Club
and Mentor of the Year Award.
In
October 2000, after nearly eighteen
years with Management Recruiters
International, Jack started his
own recruiting firm, Hire Integrity.
The goal of the company is to
work in partnership with organizations,
offering services that will help
them identify, secure and retain
key sales and management talent.
Since 1988, Jack's focus has
been primarily in the printing,
publishing and graphic arts industry,
though--while concentrating in
that vein-- he has the experience
and know-how to match quality
candidates to any organization's
key talent needs.
Jack
has been happily married for
fourteen years to wife, Michele,
and together enjoy bike rides
with daughter, Caitlin. He is
a member of the Chicago Book
Clinic, CASKA (Chicago Area Sea
Kayakers Assoc.) and the Prairie
Coast Paddlers. |
