Prior to forming this specialized consulting practice in 1998, Bob was executive director of a statewide non-profit, member-driven human resource consulting organization. Before being recruited to that position in 1996, he served one of its member companies for over three years, first as human resources director and later as vice president, retail operations, where he received national recognition for his innovative human resource and total quality innovations.
Bob brings practical and successful experience to all aspects of business development, human resources and employee relations' management to HRMA. He is certified a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management's Consultants Forum. He is the author of numerous training programs and workshops and is a frequent facilitator and speaker at business and association meetings throughout the country. He holds a bachelor's degree in personnel management and a master of public administration degree.
DR. C. RANDY GREGG
Randy has been in private management consulting since 1990, designing and implementing numerous management training and development programs. His expertise includes conflict resolution with the ConflictCure process, leadership and management development, crisis and stress management, and motivation and change management. Prior to beginning his consulting work he served successfully as administrator of several non-profit organizations.
Randy is the author of numerous tailored training programs and workshops and is a frequent facilitator and presenter at businesses, associations, non-profit organizations and government agencies throughout the country. He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and is a certified mediator with the Office of Dispute Resolution of the 3rd Circuit Court of Georgia. Randy holds bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees in human and organizational development.
PATRICIA STEVENSON
With more than 20 years' experience in both the public and private sectors, Pat combines the daily application of business management and timely insights designed to reduce both employer/employee stress and company legal exposure. Her practical approaches to today's business realities bring innovation in the area of employee hiring, training, retention, termination and assisting companies in aligning employees to produce maximum results. She delivers upbeat, focused training in a participative atmosphere. Working across a diverse industry background, she has been instrumental to the successful development of the staffs of numerous organizations.
Her professional experience has been gained with a major construction company, an advertising agency and a human resource consulting practice. A nationally recognized motivational presenter, Pat has led teambuilding and employee development workshops and programs for such diverse organizations as American Home Star Corporation, Silicon Valley Business Association, Shell Oil-Missouri, and the National Home Furnishings Association. She has provided human resource management expertise and guided numerous businesses in their overall people programs. She holds an undergraduate degree in sociology and has completed graduate work in both business and law. |
