The world is changing. The fast pace of our times, an accelerated economy, limitless opportunity and changing business modules mean carriers are rarely lifelong commitments. The lure of alternate opportunities means shorter tenure for professionals, managers and key personnel. Add the changing demographics to the mix and the future promises a very tight job market and increasing demand to find and retain key talent.

The primary motive for employee turnover is job dissatisfaction. People leave positions because they feel unappreciated, unchallenged, and unfulfilled. In short, that means at management levels they seek meaning more than money.

One major element in retaining top talent is communication. People often either prefer leaving a company to communicating their concerns to management at the risk of losing their job, an opportunity to advance or creating friction in their environment. Employee Satisfaction Survey
We offer employees a confidential satisfaction survey that allows them an opportunity to measure job satisfaction. This tool promotes communication to address dissatisfaction in the workplace in a confidential no-risk manner that allows companies an opportunity to address issues before they become permanent.

Employee Hotline
We are developing an on-line password protected web page for employees to air concerns or grievances in a confidential forum. We can summarize or present these concerns in an objective manner that allows management to consider the problem without compromising the employee.

Conflict Resolution
We can provide professional guidance in ways to address conflicts using an objective third party. The goal is to find an equitable workable solution that does not permanently poison the work environment. Often a better understanding will emerge, as each side is able to understand and recognize the needs of one another.

Counteroffer Counseling
Sometimes the best solution is parting ways. We work with you to determine if an individual is permanently or temporarily discouraged. Using expectation briefs and honest communications we can assist in determining when counteroffers are appropriate. Money is at best a temporary solution. We can help determine the root causes of a resignation and allow a more amicable parting.

Exit Interviews
We can assist companies in identifying key dissatisfiers in the workplace. They may signal a need for policy changes or indicate problems in hiring, management or business practices that promote healthy change. We can assist…in the workplace by providing exit interview services.
